Mistral Myers (she/her) leads Strategy & Operations for Anthropic’s Global Communications team. Before joining Anthropic, she spent 11 years at Google, where she held roles in Strategy & Operations and CEO Communications, as well as earlier roles in the government and healthcare sectors.

A longtime equity advocate, she served as a public representative for Google’s work with the LGBTQ+ community, was a global lead in Google’s LGBTQ+ employee resource group, sits on the council for The City University of New York (CUNY) LGBTQI Student Leadership Program, and speaks publicly about issues around intersectionality, belonging, and allyship, in addition to her role on the Board of the Museum.

Mistral holds a B.A. in International Policy from Simmons College, and a M.Sc. in Gender, Development, and Globalization from the London School of Economics. She lives in New York with her wife and their dog, Alfie.
