Sip With Pride and Support the American LGBTQ+ Museum

Pride Blend is a delicious way to celebrate the LGTBQ+ community this holiday season!

GROUND-BREAKING NEWS

The Museum recently celebrated the start of construction of their home in NYC with a joyful ground-breaking event at The New York Historical! Every bottle of Pride Blend sold will help the Museum create a beautiful, physical space that tells, and cherishes, LGBTQ+ histories. 10% of the proceeds from sales of Pride Blend will be donated to the American LGBTQ+ Museum.

We are thrilled to partner with Bergevin Lane Vineyards, RD Riccoboni, and Direct Wines, Inc to bring this bottle to you. If you enjoy celebrating with a bottle of wine, please purchase a bottle of Pride Blend and raise a glass to the thousands of LGBTQ+ Americans who fought (and fight) for our right to live and love openly.

CRAFTED WITH LOVE

Pride Blend is from the community, for the community and its allies. Annette Bergevin is a very talented lesbian winemaker, leading her family estate in Washington state’s Walla Walla region. For this special wine, she blended Cabernet, Malbec and more to create an expansive palate of ripe plum and cherry flavors, plus hints of thyme. Delicious with food and on its own, it’s perfect for any celebration.

“Wine has a unique ability to bring people together,” Annette said. “Doing something to support the LGBTQ+ community was a dream come true!”

BEAUTIFULLY PRESENTED

To come up with the perfect label for this special wine, the American LGBTQ+ Museum and Direct Wines, Inc. announced a design contest. After receiving over 100 submissions, the museum chose a winner: “All That Glitters Is You,” shown above and displayed proudly on the label. This artwork was painted by San Diego-based artist, RD Riccoboni.

“The painting allows each person in the LGBTQ+ community to see they are not alone, but part of a greater purpose. As an artist, it is my duty to uplift my community.” said Riccoboni.

SHOW YOUR PRIDE IN OUR HISTORY

The Pride Blend will be poured at events for the American LGBTQ+ Museum throughout the year, but you can get it now—just in time for holiday dinners and gifting.

So, sip a delicious red (if that’s how you roll) and feel proud knowing that you are supporting the creation of a new home for LGBTQ+ American history!
